Pre-launch privacy notice

Glowbug is currently being developed by Alex Reeder. This notice explains how the pre-launch website and early-access list handle information. It does not describe the future handling of family moments inside the Glowbug product, which will have separate terms and privacy information before that product is made available.

What the site collects

If you join the early-access list, Glowbug stores your email address, the source of the signup, the version of the consent language shown to you, and the time of submission. The form does not ask for a name, child information, or family memories.

Vercel, Supabase, and other infrastructure providers may process standard technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as an IP address, browser details, request timestamps, and diagnostic logs.

How the information is used

Early-access email addresses are used only to send occasional Glowbug product updates and invitations to try Glowbug when it is ready. They are not sold and are not used to build advertising profiles.

Service providers

The site is hosted by Vercel. Early-access addresses are stored using Supabase. An email delivery provider may be added before messages are sent. These providers process data only to provide the relevant service to Glowbug.

Retention and deletion

An early-access address is kept while the list is active unless you ask for it to be removed. When the list is no longer needed, the information will be deleted or moved into a successor list only with an appropriate notice.
